The only program of its kind in Australia, the Bachelor of Food Studies supports you to pursue your passion for food with leading food system scholars and practitioners. Take a deep dive into how food shapes the world in which we live and eat. Deepen your understanding of issues that go to the heart of our food system: health and wellbeing, sustainability, social justice and gastronomy.

Our interdisciplinary approach brings together critical thinking and experiential learning from fermentation to sensory education, along with excursions to farms, food businesses and community food initiatives. Our unique program will provide you the foundational knowledge to thrive as an agent for positive change.
