Course overview

Software engineering is the study  application of engineering methodologies and practices to the design, development, & maintenance of software and digital hardware. This program equips graduates with essential real-world skills from both the computing hardware & software engineering domains opening up a broad range of employment opportunities. In this course, you will develop the skills needed to create the technology we rely on daily. Working in our modern laboratories you will learn the techniques to realise both hardware & software aspects of everyday platforms such as virtual reality, personal electronic devices & cloud-based computing. The software skills you acquire will enable you to work in teams to develop high-performance computing applications and generate code that powers the Artificial Intelligence (AI) revolution.
