As an RMIT aviation student, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge for employment in a range of operational, management and planning roles in the dynamic and vibrant aviation industry. Aviation is highly competitive and needs well-trained individuals who can work effectively in rapidly changing environments. Two aviation streams are offered by RMIT: Aviation operations and management Piloting Aviation operations and management focuses on developing a breadth of skills and knowledge across the aviation industry. This includes analytical skills, knowledge of operational and management aspects of airlines and airports, cargo and logistics management, ground handling, and safety. This stream includes opportunities for you to select various themes so you can tailor your degree to your preferred area of future employment.
