Bachelor of Science

In this degree you will achieve a qualification in science with a major in biological sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, food science & technology, mathematics, nutrition science, physics, geospatial science or statistics. There’s flexibility to combine your major field of study with another major or two generalist and/or advanced minor. Generalist minors are available in biosciences, chemistry, food science, environmental science, mathematics, nutrition science, physics, geospatial science, foundations of teaching, statistics or by selecting electives. The advanced minor is an extension of some majors.  With a focus on practical experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge & skills to real-world contexts & receive hands-on experience through field studies & laboratory classes.  With access to state-of- the-art facilities, you will be job-ready when you graduate. Your final year includes a science project that may be linked to industry which may include placement.
