Creativity, innovation and technique are essential skills when creating great photographs. You’ll learn these and more in the Diploma of Photography qualification. This unique program has an emphasis on learning to photograph like a professional, with know-how and no more guess work. You learn how to use your camera successfully and creatively, how to see and capture light and create compelling compositions, along with digital processing and enhancing techniques to make your photos arresting and memorable. You discover what it takes to effectively capture the essence of the moment and edit to select your best shots. This qualification will provide you with the tools to start to develop your own style of photography and the camera craft to set your work apart. By exploring a range of photographic genres, you learn to experiment, define an area of interest and bring all your skills together to produce a range of photographic projects.
