ProviderUniversity of WollongongThe Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting is an introductory course that provides a general understanding of accounting and related areas in business, including finance, statistics and economics.
Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting provides a pathway to the Master of Professional Accounting or Master of Professional Accounting Advanced, with credit of four subjects towards the Master’s degree. Progression to other Master’s programs, including the MBA, may also be possible with some credit.
Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.

Applicants with three years’ full-time equivalent managerial/professional work experience in accounting will also be considered and should contact UOW to discuss their options.
If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
