This unique interdisciplinary program is designed to develop effective leadership to meet current and future hotel needs and challenges We create real-world and practical learning experiences where students engage and learn from industry experts, solve real business problems and work on hotel industry relevant projects. To deepen your leadership transformation journey, you will undertake a semester-long work placement program at one of the leading hotel brands.

- Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree that is equivalent to AQF* level 7 in a related field (Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary or Hotel Management)
- Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree that is equivalent to AQF* Level 7 in an unrelated field plus at least two years full time supervisory or management work experience in the service industry such as Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary or Hotel Industry in any role as demonstrated by: Portfolio including Current CV, Professional awards and/or Memberships Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree that is equivalent to AQF* level 7 in a related field (Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary or Hotel Management) Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree that is equivalent to AQF* Level 7 in an unrelated field plus at least two years full time supervisory or management work experience in the service industry such as Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary or Hotel Industry in any role as demonstrated by: Portfolio including Current CV, Professional awards and/or Memberships
