Postgraduate entry

  • Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree that is equivalent to AQF* level 7 in a related field (Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary or Hotel Management)
  • Successful completion of a Bachelor Degree that is equivalent to AQF* Level 7 in an unrelated field plus at least two years full time supervisory or management work experience in the service industry such as Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary or Hotel Industry in any role as demonstrated by: Portfolio including Current CV, Professional awards and/or Memberships.
