Course overview
In the higher education diploma year, students develop fundamental academic skills and cement their knowledge in core concepts and skills required for a career in science. On successful completion of the diploma, students' progress into 2nd year of the Bachelor of Environmental Science with credit. Students graduate with the expertise to understand the natural environment and how humans interact with it. Extensive field, laboratory and small group activities are included throughout the degree, helping students develop theoretical and practical skills in multiple disciplines.
