The Diploma of Music with major in Music Production at JMC Academy is a practical, 8-month course that equips aspiring producers, composers and beatmakers with the foundational skills to create and produce original music across styles and platforms. From your first trimester, you'll dive into studio sessions using professional DAWs like ProTools, Logic, Ableton Live and Native Instruments, gaining hands-on experience with both live and virtual instruments. With a strong focus on musicianship, studio workflow and personal artistic development, this course prepares you to turn musical ideas into fully produced tracks. You’ll also learn how to adapt to evolving technology and start building the business and collaborative skills needed to thrive in today’s music and media industries.
