Course overview

The Bachelor of Business and Associate Degree of Business have been developed through research and in consultation with industry specialists and academic experts from Australian businesses and universities. The degrees are designed to provide students with the relevant discipline knowledge, foundational skills, career management skills, communication skills and technical skills needed to access a wide range of jobs, carve new career pathways or work effectively as independent entrepreneurs. Students in the Bachelor degree can focus their studies on one of three specialisation streams, Management, Marketing or Entrepreneurship, by selecting a recommended suite of electives in years 2 and 3.

Current Year 12 graduates

Educational outcomes considered for selection

Successful completion of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or the equivalent in your state or territory, or successful completion of the International Baccalaureate.

Recent Year 12 graduates

VTAC Personal Statement

All applicants must complete a VTAC Personal statement and outline any relevant industry and work experience, qualifications such as a VET Diploma/Advanced Diploma or a degree and evidence of your ability to successfully complete this course.

Applicants with Higher Education study

This course uses the entire academic record as part of its selection considerations.

Applicants who do not meet prerequisites

Applicants who have commenced or have successfully completed a higher education qualification will be considered for admission.

Applicants with VET study

Applicants who have not met the prerequisites for this course will be considered if they have achieved a VET qualification at Diploma or higher.

Applicants with work and life experience

Applicants who have relevant industry or life experience will be considered for admission.
