Course overview

This degree offers you an opportunity to develop your leadership potential, experience and attain practical industry skills and build the knowledge and expertise necessary to manage and succeed in Hospitality businesses.  You will use current industry software (such as Hotelogix, REVsim, SPSS), experience work integrated learning in our restaurant, and even run real, live events! Your journey through this degree culminates in Capstone Project subject where exploration, investigation and problem solving will be applied to actual current industry issues. The Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) is for a duration of 36 months (3 years fulltime) with 16 core subjects and 8 electives. The Associate Degree of Hospitality Management (ADHM) gives students the flexibility to exit their study after 2 years of study. The ADHM is designed to provide student with skills in core hospitality competencies. The ADHM is for 24 months (2 years full-time) with 12 core subjects and 4 electives.
