Current Year 12 graduates

Educational outcomes considered for selection

Completion of an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate (VCE or equivalent).

SEAS (Special Entry Access Scheme)

Completion of a bridging or enabling course e.g.

Foundation course or equivalent.

Higher Education studies

Full or partial completion of an Australian Higher Education award (or equivalent), or completion of two units of Higher Education studies.

Applicants with VET study

VET studies

Completion of an Australian Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or equivalent), or completion of the Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation (or equivalent), or Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation.

Applicants with work and life experience

VTAC Personal Statement

Applicants who wish other criteria to be considered such as work/life experience or motivation to study should complete the VTAC Personal Statement.

Supporting documentation should include a current resume and any other relevant evidence e.g. letter from employer, professional development activities etc.

Work/Life Experience

Five years (minimum) work/life experience in Training & Development, Education, Child Care or similar, or applicants that completed an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate more than two years ago.

English requirement
IELTS Academic 6.5

If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
