Course overview

This graduate degree package allows you to attain an undergraduate qualification in the Bachelor of Arts and a Masters-level qualification in the Master of Teaching. It guarantees high-achieving students a Commonwealth Supported Place or International Fee Place in their nominated Master of Teaching course.

The Bachelor of Arts offers 44 areas of study. No minimum weighted average mark is required in the package to progress to the Master of Teaching, (nominated course) but students will need to pass the Teacher Capability Assessment Tool (TCAT). The TCAT can be completed during Year 12 or during the Bachelor of Arts.  At the end of the second year, students will nominate which Master of Teaching courses they are interested in pursuing and students who successfully complete the Bachelor of Arts* will automatically progress to the relevant Master of Teaching course.

*Applicants intending to pursue the Master of Teaching (Secondary) must satisfy the requirements for two learning areas.
