As the only double degree in Victoria with this specialisation, you'll learn about trademarks, patents, copyright, the prohibition of misleading or deceptive conduct and competition law. The course also provides an understanding of complex scientific information. 

Work Integrated Learning is a guaranteed part of all our bachelor degrees. In this degree, you'll complete professional experience placements at organisations in Australia or overseas.

We'll introduce you to the practical aspects of law through improvised court scenarios and advocacy exercises. You'll undertake three professional science-related industry linked projects.

Standard entry

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English other than EAL or at least 30 in English as an Additional Language; Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in any Mathematics.

Non-Year 12 prerequisites

As for Year 12 or equivalent.
