The Bachelor of Psychological Science prepares graduates to work in a wide range of settings including education and training, human services and welfare, counselling, human resource management, business, and in research. The program also provides the necessary knowledge and skills to enable graduates to progress to honours and professional programs that are required for careers in health, counselling, and private consultancy. The Psychology sequence provides a comprehensive coverage of psychology, lifespan development, biological psychology, social psychology, abnormal psychology, individual differences and research methods. This Law program should equip you with the legal knowledge and practical experience to meet the challenges of 21st century legal practice. Your studies will focus on developing practical commercial legal knowledge and an awareness of the international dimensions of law, while promoting critical thinking, ethical decision-making and social justice principles.

Career Opportunities
Solicitor or barrister in private practice, legal officer in the public sector (e.g in federal or state government departments and publicly funded organisations such as universities or public broadcasters), in-house counsel to a wide range of organisations from corporations to trade unions, public interest legal work in community centres, legal researcher. Graduates can also work in education and training, human services and welfare, counselling, human resource management, business and research.
