The Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science is a 3-year undergraduate degree that explores the implications of physical activity and exercise on general health, rehabilitation and elite athletic performance. The program begins with key knowledge development of anatomy and physiology, human growth and development, exercise health and disease, skills development in year 2 including strength and conditioning, exercise physiology and biomechanics, then has you apply your knowledge and skills in industry practicum in year 3.
