Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
Course overview
Bachelor honours degrees prepare students to develop broad, coherent and advanced knowledge and skills in a discipline for professional work, research and further learning corresponding to AQF level 8 qualifications. Students undertake the Bachelor of Engineering Pre-Major in their first year and on successful completion proceed in their second year to one of the following Engineering disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Civil and Construction Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering or Environmental Engineering. Environmental Engineering major will only be available at Curtin Sarawak. Students are not required to choose a discipline at the start of the degree but must make this decision either prior to or at the completion of the Bachelor of Engineering Pre-Major.

28-30If your current English result is below direct entry, consider the university-recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package; successful completion at the required level can usually satisfy English entry without another English test.
