The Graduate Entry Master of Occupational Therapy (GEM) course is a fast-track option to becoming an occupational therapist for those who already hold a bachelor degree, preferably in a health science or human service. Assisting people to participate in their diverse daily activities is what occupational therapists call

Entry requirements

Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.

Postgraduate entry

A bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in a health-related discipline with at least a credit (65%) average; Evidence of studies in the human biosciences (e.g. human biology) at tertiary level is required.

If you do not have this background you will be required to undertake additional bridging units.
