Course overview
Become a medical detective, tackling cases that impact global health. In the Master of Science (Epidemiology), use your powers of deduction, and some maths and data wizardry, to solve puzzles about who gets disease, what causes these diseases and how they can be prevented. Postgraduate entry
- To be considered for entry into this course, you must have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any science discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% (or equivalent) in the best 50 points of appropriate discipline studies at third year.
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. When the student successfully completes the approved pathway at the required level, the university may accept that pathway for English entry without requiring a new IELTS, TOEFL or PTE result. Always confirm exclusions for professional registration courses and the offer conditions.
