Climate change is one of the biggest challenges of the 21st century, and will impact all facets of society and industry. Understanding how the climate system works - and applying that knowledge to address these challenges - will allow you to shape how our cities, workplaces and lifestyles can adapt. The Master of Climate Science is the only science-focused degree of its kind in Australia. Entry requirements

Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.

Postgraduate entry

  • A bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a directly related discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% (or equivalent), AND
  • Prior undergraduate study in mathematics equivalent to Calculus 1 (Calculus 2 may be necessary for some electives).
