Postgraduate and higher courses usually use academic prerequisites, degree equivalence and English-language requirements.

Postgraduate entry

  • An undergraduate degree in dentistry or equivalent. At least two years full-time, continuous clinical work experience after graduation from dental school. This does NOT include an intern year. Completion of professional development courses, postgraduate diplomas and a strong record in research publications would be highly regarded.

IELTS 7, no band below 7TOEFL iBT 94, no band below 24PTE Academic 65-72, no band below 65Cambridge C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency 185-190, no band below 185

If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package. Always confirm exclusions for professional registration courses and the offer conditions.
