Course overview
This dual degree prepares students for careers as economists and analysts and can lead to careers in business, finance, international development, health, human resource management, marketing, management and research. The economics component covers macroeconomics, microeconomics, and statistical tools for decision-making. Economics provides the skills to address complex global challenges, support informed decision-making, and influence policies that shape businesses, governments, and society. The arts component gives students skills in creativity, written communication, problem-solving, critical thinking and interpersonal understanding.
