Course overview

The Bachelor of Arts (BA) is UQ’s largest degree with over 45 majors on offer, giving students the opportunity to explore the subjects they love across the humanities, arts, social sciences and languages. BA students develop skills that are highly valued by employers today, including leadership, creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication. These skills, combined with the ability to view the world through the lens of humanity, make Bachelor of Arts graduates versatile and adaptable in a world that demands interdisciplinary knowledge and creative solutions to critical problems. The program can be structured with a range of majors and minors and you can also combine your BA with 17 other undergraduate degrees including law, engineering, science or business, and complete two degrees in a shorter time.
