Course overview

This course provides an initial professional award for Christian ministry and leadership. It is structured into three fields of study to provide an appropriate framework for professional ministry education - ministry foundations, ministry formation and ministry practice - and provides an understanding of ministry that prepares students to fulfil a variety of ministry roles in local churches and wider society. The course includes biblical, theological and ministry knowledge together with their fundamental principles and tenets, as well as developing academic skills for lifelong learning and equipping students with the practical skills to function effectively in a professional ministry context.
