Course overview
The higher education Diploma of Educational Studies allows successful students to transition into the Bachelor of Education by providing the prerequisite knowledge and skills required to meet entry requirements. Students develop critical and reflective thinking skills to understand the complexities of what it means to be a teacher in today’s world. By continuing studies in the Bachelor of Education degree, students meet the national accreditation requirements of the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership and can choose to be equipped to teach in either primary or secondary settings.
