Laney College is the largest of the four Peralta Community College District campuses, serving approximately 16,000 students annually. As the flagship college for the Peralta District, Laney College stretches across sixty acres in downtown Oakland, California, one of the most ethnically and economically diverse cities in America. Laney is also one of the oldest community colleges in the nation, celebrating 65 years in 2018.
