Pre-U : OthersRelevantMalaysian citizen ___ * Aged between 17 and 40 years during the application year * Not declared bankrupt and not blacklisted by any financial institution * Physically healthy * Not receiving any other financial aid or sponsorship from government agencies or financial institutions during the training period * Not a current school student or enrolled in any educational institution * Priority is given to applicants who are not from the Management or Professional groups * Must undergo training at a Training Provider (PL) registered with PTPK by pursuing a Malaysian Skills Certification (PKM) course under the Department of Skills Development (JPK) * The skill field/course must be approved by PTPK and conducted by a registered Training Provider (PL)
