The Diploma of Business will help you build the knowledge and skills necessary for your career in a wide range of areas within the business sector.
Subject to successfully completing the diploma with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 50%, students articulate into the second year of the Bachelor of Accounting at La Trobe University.
The diploma introduces a range of business disciplines prior to choosing the business area in which you will specialize once you move to La Trobe University. You'll study four core subjects: Data Analytics Concepts, Economic Issues and Public Policy, Organisational Behaviour, Sustainability. You'll also select 1 elective subject from various business areas. The Bachelor of Accounting develops your business skills along with an awareness of ethics, human rights, sustainability, and public policy issues.
