Course overview

Our Bachelor of Psychological Science gives you deep insight into why we think and act the way we do, with an understanding of the connection between an individual, society and culture. This could be the first step on the path to training and registering as a psychologist in Australia or another career where understanding human behaviour is beneficial. The course consists of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) three-year psychology sequence of 13 core psychology units, a minimum of three psychology electives, and eight non-psychology electives. ACAP's electives in applied psychology, criminology and counselling subjects help put theory learned into a practical context.
