Course overview

This VET qualification prepares graduates to work in case management and client support roles in the community services sector with the expertise and knowledge necessary to facilitate case management, assess and analyse client needs, communicate effectively with clients and staff and support client self-management. Students are required to complete 210 hours of work placement. Online students must attend on-campus workshops. Full course – 16 subjects.
