The Diploma of Commerce / Bachelor of Property & Real Estate (Pathway) is your stepping stone to a wide range of career options across private and public-sector organisations. Enter directly into the second year of the Bachelor of Property & Real Estate at Deakin University after successful completion of the Diploma of Commerce. Within Deakin’s Faculty of Business and Law, you can choose from a number of minor sequences including Wealth Management, Finance, Sustainability and Development Economics. You will also be able to choose elective units in areas such as event management, public relations, project management and many more. Please note that the Bachelor of Property and Real Estate is only taught at Burwood or online.
