Want to learn the 3D Animation foundational skills used in the gaming and film industries? Discover how the industry works and start to develop the professional, technical and personal skills that are so highly-valued in contemporary 3D animators. In this unique course focus on Gaming or Filmic 3D Animation depending on your interest. You will discover how to design, render and model 3D characters, environments and worlds, using professional equipment, contemporary software, and processes used in industry. You will learn 3D modelling, design, bio-mechanics, movement, rigging, surfacing, light and colour theory, and the principles of animation. The final trimester of your Diploma is dedicated to you building a solid piece of 3D Animated work with expert guidance. You’ll get to construct a professional portfolio piece, ready to showcase your talent to the sector.
