Course overview

Torrens University's Bachelor of Business (Marketing) gives you the business skills to engage and influence customers, develop brand loyalty and execute strategic marketing campaigns. Throughout this marketing course, you will discover the role that marketing plays in the success of contemporary organisations and examine the industry’s trends, responsibilities, needs and opportunities.

You’ll learn to apply marketing theories and practices in an ethical context, and uncover the basics of other business practices, such as Business Law and Finance.

Students must complete a subject, Industry Consulting Project – to experience a business environment first-hand and gain practical skills to complement their theoretical knowledge. We will support students in their responsibility to find an industry placement(s). Students will graduate with invaluable work experience, a built-in professional network and a serious competitive advantage to easily transition from University into the workforce.
