Holmesglen's Bachelor of Fashion Design is an applied research course which focuses on industry focused briefs with 3D Garment outcomes from a foundation of design innovation and traditional and contemporary pattern engineering and manufacturing methodologies.
For those who aspire to have a career in fashion, this course prepares you for most career pathways. The Holmesglen Fashion Degree focuses on design innovation with considered and thoughtful applications of creative design outcomes which embeds Sustainable & Technological practices at the design phase.

Standard entry
- Current Year 12 graduates Educational outcomes considered for selection Satisfactory completion of an Australian Year 12 or equivalent. Portfolio and presentation of creative work You are required to submit a digital portfolio of 6 to 8 items of recent design work that demonstrates a range of creative and technical skills. You may present design work from your studies that shows evidence of a documented developmental process and output. The portfolio is reviewed by academic staff prior to you attending a brief interview. Portfolio submission details will be sent to you once we receive your application.
