Course overview

Chisholm is the first accredited training organisation in Australia to accept any Diploma from any registered training organisation in Australia as entry to the second year of the Bachelor of Psychology.
Progress your career in psychology, counselling, mental health through advanced social, community and research psychology skills with entry from your diploma. This means if you have a Diploma in any field (such as hairdressing, sport, engineering, health, business, human resources) this counts as the first year of your Psychology Degree. You can also gain an Associate Degree of Psychology after only one year of study.

Our psychology programs combine the work-ready elements of health related diplomas with the research, statistical and theoretical understanding of psychology and psychological disorders.

Our psychology program is three phased, with phase one consisting of a diploma in any of counselling, community services, mental health, alcohol and other drugs.
