Immerse yourself in the latest tech, surround yourself with the brightest minds and kick-start your career with the Bachelor of Media and Communication. In our public relations major you will understand how to influence and manage the public perception of an organisation. Learn to effectively communicate with a chosen target audience through the production of engaging content, targeted messaging and strategic campaigns. Along with writing skills and event management, you will develop an understanding of new media, digital marketing and crisis communication.

In units Media and Communications Project A and B, design and implement a media product of your choice. In units Digital Marketing Project 1 and 2, you'll work in teams on a digital advertising or marketing project.

Year 12 prerequisites

Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in English other than EAL or at least 25 in English as an Additional Language.
