Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering) (Honours)

Electronic & Computer system engineers specialise in design, implementation and operation of electronic and computer-based systems used in every-day life.   RMIT's, electronic & computer systems engineering degrees go beyond the theory & put concepts into practice. You'll work on projects to develop skills in the design, development, production, maintenance & operation of all things to do with electronic, embedded systems & computer-based devices, and you will have a wide range of options to specialise your degree. This course provides you with the fundamental knowledge of electronic circuit design, microcontrollers, digital communications, computer networks, telecommunications & the Engineering principles behind sensing systems from gas sensing and Internet of Things (IoT) to radar and remote sensing. You’ll also gain the skills to create new opportunities for businesses by driving new technologies & devise engineering solutions to make businesses more productive & competitive.
