Course overview
The Associate Degree is a blend of practical experience with electrical, electronics and mechanical control applications built on a strong theoretical foundation. You will gain capabilities in configuring, testing, assembly, installation and maintenance of electrical and automation control systems and networks. Your studies will include areas such as computer aided design, computer aided manufacturing, artificial intelligence, robotics, industrial networks and cyber security.
The Bachelor focuses on designing and building advanced robotic and control systems, automated and data-driven manufacturing, and advanced materials. You'll study electrical and electronic system design, machine intelligence and robotics, computer programming and advanced materials. You'll design, build and implement smart mechatronic systems. - Year 12 prerequisites Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 20 in English other than EAL or at least 25 in English as an Additional Language (EAL). Non-Year 12 prerequisites Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.
