The Bachelor of Cyber Security develops the skillset & capabilities for a career as a security specialist in the IT industry.
You’ll analyse cyber asset risk, devise, implement & test cyber security mitigation solutions, conduct forensic & attack analysis of critical incidents, gain hands-on experience influencing decision-making to protect critical IT infrastructure. You'll learn skills in cryptography, network & e-comm system security, major cyber incident & attack analysis, ethical hacking & considerations, privacy laws, IP management, computer & internet forensics, blockchain tech, data, software & large-scale (Cloud) security. You’ll gain cutting-edge, cyber security dynamic capabilities, leveraging RMIT’s Research and Innovation’s industry networks, to undertake a cyber security career with leadership role potential.
