Our Diploma of Arts and Bachelor of Arts course package gives you a direct pathway to the Bachelor of Arts if you didn’t meet the entry requirements or would like additional support as you transition to university.

In the Diploma you’ll study in the same subjects and classes as Bachelor's students while receiving additional support with enrolment, subject selection and university systems from a dedicated Senior Support Advisor.

Upon successful completion of the Diploma, you will move directly into the second year of the Bachelor of Arts, receiving advanced standing for the subjects you have already completed. In our Bachelor of Arts, you can choose from a large range of majors and minors from humanities, social sciences, business, health and science.

  • Year 12 prerequisites Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English as an Additional Language or at least 20 in English other than EAL. Non-Year 12 prerequisites Subject proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency equivalent to stated Year 12 prerequisites.

If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package.
