La Trobe’s Diploma of Information Technology/Bachelor of Cybersecurity package gives you a direct pathway to the Bachelor of Cybersecurity if you didn’t meet the entry requirements or would like additional support as you transition to university.
In the Diploma you’ll study in the same subjects and classes as Bachelor students while receiving additional support from a dedicated Senior Support Advisor.
Upon successful completion of the Diploma you will move directly into the second year of the Bachelor of Cybersecurity (at the Melbourne Campus) receiving advanced standing for the subjects you have already completed. *
Our Bachelor of Cybersecurity has been co-designed with industry experts to address the global shortage of cybersecurity professionals. You'll gain a broad range of skills across IT, business, law, policy and strategic communication and explore the various methods used to defend and protect against malicious cyber threats.

If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package.
