Standard entry

  • Current Year 12 graduates ATAR This course uses the ATAR as part of its selection considerations. Supplementary form 2025 Deakin Regional Access Scheme (DRAS) applications are now open for current Year 12 students. Applicants must adhere to relevant DRAS and VTAC deadlines. In order to be considered for an offer, applicants must (1) complete the DRAS application, found at: https://www.deakin.edu.au/study/how-to-apply/special-entry-access-scheme/deakin-regional-access-scheme and (2) preference the DRAS course in VTAC. Subject adjustment A study score of 30 in Art Creative Practice, Dance, Drama, any English, any Humanities, any LOTE, Media, Creative and Digital Media (VCE VET) I, any Music, Art Making and Exhibiting, Theatre Studies or Visual Communication Design equals 2 aggregate points per study. Overall maximum of 12 points. SEAS (Special Entry Access Scheme) Applicants who have experienced educational disadvantage are encouraged to apply for the Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS). Depending on eligibility and your circumstances, a SEAS application may provide support for your course application.
