Applicants with higher education study
Overseas Registered Nurses (without a qualification equivalent to AQF7) are assessed individually for Credit for Prior Learning into the Bachelor of Nursing.
Applicants with vocational education and training (VET) study
Graduates from The College's Undergraduate Preparation Program in Nursing and Health Science may be admitted to Bachelor of Nursing at Western Sydney University provided they achieve a minimum grade point average of 7.0. and the English language proficiency requirement for the course.
Bachelor of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse Pathway): Applicants must have successfully completed a Diploma of Nursing in Australia in the last 10 years (HLT51612 or HLT54121 or HLT54115) and hold current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nurses and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
Students will be eligible for Credit for prior learning with 80 credit points applied to the Bachelor of Nursing.
