Course overview

You're fascinated by the science of medicine, how our bodies work, and how disease and environment interact with our bodies. Advanced Medical Science will give you access to world-class academic researchers and teach you how to use the tools to take that fascination and transform it into an amazing future.

At the beginning of the first year, you'll choose a major (see areas of study), but you can change your major later in the course. You must maintain a grade point average of 5.0 or above to continue your enrolment in the course.

You will also complete three research subjects during this course in which you will discover how research is performed by identifying gaps in knowledge, designing research projects, completing experiments in our laboratories, interpretation of results and communicating the findings of your research in various formats. The other four subjects to complete your course are yours to choose: four more subjects in Science or from other Schools or a combination of both.
