Course overview

Our Diploma of Film teaches you all the fundamentals of filmmaking. You will be immersed in the world of filmmaking, discovering how to shoot, edit, script, direct and produce professional quality digital media. Learn how to apply high-level cinematography and visual effects to films using professional equipment, contemporary software, and processes used by industry experts every day.

We will help you develop skills in storytelling, narrative structure and interview techniques, as well as experimenting with different camera types, scenarios, editing and post production tools. A dedicated practical studio lab is undertaken as the final trimester of the Diploma, where you are guided by experts to develop hands-on technical skills using industry-standard software and procedures. It is here where you will construct a professional portfolio piece.
