In the Bachelor of Design (Interaction Design) and Bachelor of Advanced Studies you will learn to combine technical design skills such as programming, interface and intelligent systems design with critical and creative user-centred, ethical and social design practices. You will have the opportunity to put those skills into practice, solving real world problems in design studio units. You will study a combination of social and technology-centred design, with the opportunity to specialise in either. In this degree you will gain skills in and understanding of experience and service design, emergent technologies, and the role of interaction design. You will also have access to majors, minors and electives from other faculties through the University’s Shared Pool.
