Students who successfully complete the Diploma of Media and Communication will be eligible to enter the second year of the Bachelor of Communication degree at Western Sydney University, Sydney City campus.

On completion of your university degree you may be eligible to start a career in advertising, arts policy and administration, audience research, diplomacy, government and industry administration, international communication, journalism, media production, public relations, publishing, and editing.

Completion of Year 12: ATARs are not used for admission to SIBT.
Applicants must demonstrate successful completion of an Australian Year 12 or international equivalent.
Assessment is based on a 50% average over all the units undertaken in Year 12.
Students may wish to submit additional information as part of their application (eg statement of purpose and/or CV with supporting evidence).
