Other Information
Summer residence: The Summer Residence is a unique orientation program for new Bachelor of Philosophy (Hons) students and forms the foundation for your later studies. Attendance at the Summer Residence is a requirement for all commencing BPhil(Hons) students. The Summer Residence will be held two weeks prior to the start of semester 1 at one of the Colleges associated with UWA. Further details will be provided in the Letter of Offer for successful BPhil(Hons) applicants.

Taking up your reserved place: To satisfactorily complete the Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours), you must complete the course with a weighted average mark of 75% or more. If you fall below this average, you will exit with an Honours degree in Arts, Biomedical Science, Commerce or Science instead of the BPhil(Hons). However, provided your average satisfies the Direct Pathway performance threshold (a weighted average mark (WAM) of 60), you will still be able to proceed to the Master of Teaching (Secondary).
