Entry requirements
Review the captured standard entry requirements, English requirements and additional notes for this course.
Standard entry
- Satisfactory performance in Mathematics Methods ATAR, with equivalents considered, and Physics ATAR or Engineering Studies ATAR or Chemistry ATAR or Mathematics Specialist ATAR, with equivalents considered. It is desirable that all students have Physics ATAR or Engineering Studies ATAR, with equivalents considered. Students without Physics ATAR or Engineering Studies ATAR, may be required to complete a bridging unit during the first year of their studies.
English requirement
IELTS 6.5, no band below 6TOEFL iBT 79, no band below 20PTE Academic 58-64, no band below 50Cambridge C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency 176-184, no band below 169
If the student's current English result is below the direct-entry requirement, consider the university's recognised English language pathway or ELICOS package.
